I totally agree with the other 2 star review. SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP AND OTHER PLAVCES HAVE EVEN BETTER SPECIALS TO OFFER! I made an appt, paid the $25 deposit, had to travel over the weekend and arrived home Monday night. My appt was on Tuesday 12:30. I had sent back my "C" FOR CONFIRM APPT as soon as I had arrived home from my travel. There was NO DIRECTION TO RETURN BY A CERTAIN DAY OR TIME.
