I am a long term patient of VIVO Infusion and my care has been consistently awesome. The nursing staff members are professional, very knowledgeable and warm/friendly/humorous. Adam, the person who handles admin duties (scheduling, paperwork, etc,) and does a fantastic job. I trust VIVO with my infusions and healthcare. If I could get a billing person to return my phone calls and emails, it would be great. I think things could be improved by having a second nurse working to be present if something goes wrong. Adam worked tirelessly to get me in since I was late for my treatment. The nurse was super friendly. I didn’t feel like I was at a medical facility at all. Highly recommend for infusion therapy vs going to the doctors office.
