I came in for a birthday treat to myself, I had the Skin30 peel treatment. Tracey was just so amazing. She took a good look at my skin, used the products she thought was best. I loved her so much and bought all the recommended products and am now about 3 sessions into my skin journey. I have acne and rosacea and my skin has never looked or felt this amazing in it's whole life. It's taken me 40 years and many skin journeys to get to this point, but I can't recommend highly enough. Booked for 2pm, but got to the seat at 2.40pm. Wasn't offered any water or even an apologies to say the least. The lady asked me to go get my coffee as it would take 15mins for my appointment. I was okay, I can understand its rush period. Ended up being way too long. And the worst part is my haircut was very shabby, the wash before the haircut was even worse, she didn't even shampoo the back side. Went to Vivo Smales Farm today for first time ever and feel truly blessed to get Lia, she is incredibly talented, well experienced perfectionist and definitely no shortcuts through any of the processes. Highly recommend!
