RecommendedI had a mix up at my old salon for Waxing, I called VIVO, took me in no issues. Extremely clean, friendly and reasonable!!! I will be definitely going back!!!
Vi always does such a wonderful job on my hair!! And Khuong always does a great job washing/rinsing out. Today, they were so accommodating...I was in a rush to get home to company arriving from overseas, they both got out blowdryers to help get me out faster. I wish I would’ve gotten a picture!!! Love them to death and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my hair.❤️❤️

First time visiting this salon, and it will not be the last! Great hospitality, these guys know what they’re doing!! They offer a lot of services that I can’t wait to try in the future.
The owner Vi was unprofessional and rude and treated me like a piece of garbage. She verbally attacked me and then viciously attacked my hair cutting off more than 7" for a trim I asked for. She was for whatever reason pissed at me before even starting. I have been in the cosmetology field for over 35 years and have never seen a stylist treat a client like she treated me.

Vi will give you the BEST brazilian wax ever!!! The salon is very clean, and VI is professional and extremely sweet and friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable. She is quick too!! Hands down, the best salon I've ever been to. Vi and Mr K truly know how to make each and every customer feel pampered and special. Each service I've recieved from spa to salon has been nothing short of perfect. I would recommend them to everyone!!
Yesterdays visit was amazing as usual! Came to my car to get me, wearing my mask I was escorted to the door when they were ready. Directed me to the restroom to wash my hands before we even started. Everything was sanitized, using extra caution when I arrived and during the entire time I was there. They wiped down all products they used, door knobs, combs, brushes, swept the floor area, even intercepted a package from the UPS man. I felt very safe and protected while I was there. I want to commend Vi and Khoung for their efforts in keeping their business clean and safe during this COVID-19 challenge. I had been scheduled to have my hair cut the week after the quarentine started and had to wait. I needed my haircut then, so you can imagine how much I needed one now.
