I am so glad to have found Nicole at Vivo! She truely is an amazing stylist who is great at taming my blonde locks. I left absolutely stoked again today with the results. Nicole is a delight with customer service, predicting hair quality of my different requests/processes, a sound knowledge base on suitable products and has wonderful charector; always providing good banter and a laugh. Initially I left my appointment very happy with the results as I arrived with layers of brown box dye and banding on my hair. The stylist was able to lift it well and seemed knowledgeable about the toning and what would work on my hair. Unfortunately after a couple of days I noticed one side of my hair was a lot lighter and cooler toned than the other and the cut was pretty uneven with one side longer and a couple of long sections at the back. Fantastic curly cut with Tash this morning. Very knowledgable, talked through exactly what she was doing and really listened to me. Highly recommend, especially for Curly Girls!
