My aunt, my son and I went here for the first time today. My son is disabled and requires the use of a wheelchair, Therefore requires assistance when transferring in and out of the pool. I called this facility a week ago inquiring about the temperature of the pool, if they accepted the access 2 card and if they had a water wheelchair for people like my son. My 3 year old son just completed a week at the Vivo Variety Summer Camp and he had an excellent time. I would strongly recommend this camp for young children. All but one of the individuals I encountered were excellent. Great with kids and made things fun.

Vivo used to be my favorite place to spend time with my family. However, after visiting the facility this past Sunday with my daughter, I was shocked and extremely disappointed by the level of service and overall cleanliness. I came to purchase a one-month membership, as I had already been a member earlier this year. To my surprise, the staff insisted that I pay an additional $75 registration fee, as if I were signing up as a brand-new member. I’ve been attending group fitness classes at Vivo for over a year, and I really appreciate the wide range of classes they offer—especially for those of us juggling full-time work. Honestly, this facility is just ok. I've heard that it can get overcrowded, especially the pool area, so I tend to visit first thing in the morning. The universal change rooms are a bit to be desired-- it seems the women's change rooms are much more recent/clean. The fees to use the pool are quite high in my opinion ($17+ for drop in or $14/visit if you buy a 10-pass card). I get that this allows full access to the facility, but if you're only swimming for less than an hour, it's a bit steep. It would be nice if fees could b... read more
