I wanted to give a shout out to the pool lifeguard! Yesterday, I witnessed a lifeguard spring into action when a small child was struggling in the water. I didn't see much, so I dont have details, but we heard a loud whistle and in an instant, that lifeguard was in the water, and had the little child safe. She jumped with her shoes, clothes and walkie walkie without a moments hesitation. I am so grateful for the vigilance and skills of the lifeguards and will always trust we are in good hands at this pool.

We bought a card for 10 visits, but the last three were stolen to use. We asked the waiter about the dates of the last three visits, and we're 100% sure we never went there. My card was with me the entire time; it wasn't lost, and we don't understand why this happened. The waiter wouldn't help us figure it out, so we had to buy new cards and go in as a family. It's incredibly frustrating; buying a card and then having it stolen to use for no apparent reason leaves us with no privacy.
