Vivo is a amazing sports community in my perspective, Vivo offers a Gymnasium, an indoor park, a swimming pool, and a ice rink for either free skating or hockey! The Gymnasium has a basketball court, and you can probably play badminton. The Gymnasium is pretty boring if you didn’t bring equipment prior to arriving, but in general the entire place isnt too bad as in the atmosphere and enjoyment. Have to say we’ve been going to VIVO for over 10 years always just pay the drop in. The last couple years I don’t know if there’s been a change in management or philosophy, but the facility is completely overpriced and overreaching community aspirations. I don’t know anyone who can afford their monthly rate rates and the fact that they charge you a $75 fee per person just to sign up to be a member is a slap face. Customer Service is shameful. I brought a group of young people with disabilities for a swim and some play time in the indoor park. Right from the start, the admin desk was lacking. I arrived early to prepare for my group. On 3 different occasions, I asked about the indoor park and nobody mentioned that it was being used for a bazzar and not available to play at.

Con: in the dry sauna the LED strip plastic is melting and dripping from the ceiling and landing on the wood. Been like this for months. Is there a maintenance manager? Do they check the facility? Bizarre. If not a fire hazard it’s surely toxic. Pro: the lap pool is the perfect temperature and the life guards are friendly and do a good job of keeping order for the swimmers.
