The prior tenant in my apartment hadn’t been removed from the system so I didn’t receive any of the move-in communications. That was very stressful because all of the communications are through email or the resident portal. Megan, the community manager, met me at the building on the morning of my move-in and got everything sorted. The apartment is wonderful and the building is great: terrific amenities and an unbelievable location. So glad I chose VIVO apartments!
