Dr Chapa is very nice, when you’re finally able to see her. I feel like a burden every time I try to make an appointment. I’m always hung up on because they’re too busy, and my appointments get lost apparently and I’m treated like a jerk for being upset. When I’m the one who took a day off to make my appointment that apparently was never made. I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and feel like they just don’t care about me anymore.
