Absolute scam got told one thing being charged for other bs. Told us no contract now being advised we have an 60 month contract. BTW recorded whole conversation and have him on video saying no contract. Should've listened to neighbors. LIVE AND LEARN NEVER TRUST COMPANIES THAT GO DOOR TO DOOR
This company has been the ABSOLUTE WORST TO DEAL WITH! A NIGHTMARE! I have had to multiple separate occasions and when it comes time to cancel they always just hang up after waiting 40 mins to an hour. I had to read their own contract to them because they were trying to charge me crazy amounts of money!! Beware using this company and the hidden 5 year contract. I was going to stay with them but after this horrible customer service, I’m done if I can ever get someone in the phone!
This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. If you call they will transfer you a minimum of 3 times, each person having no clue what’s going on. They say something is handled and then you have to start again. Each time spending 30 minutes on the phone super frustrated. Customer service is horrendous. They have no clue what’s going on or how to help you. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different company.
Disappointing experience. Price hikes after being a customer for six years. Zero attempt at retention. All of the equipment you paid for and own… bricked after you cancel the monitoring service. Equipment is now worthless. High pressure sales tactics on the front end, nickel and diming on the back end.
