Michael the Utah tech came multiple times until my system was fixed. He was great and went above and beyond.
After having the full system installed I am finally realizing my savings. This was the best choice I could have made for my future.
DO NOT, I say again do not use sunrun for anything. It started when I bought a house with a vivint solar system ( also trash). Sunrun bought vivents solar contracts. The system had constant errors being sent. Sunrun never addressed them but they never missed a billing cycle even before my account had transfered to them . The transfer was finalized they put the system in my wife's name ( never asked them to do that) they then said since my wife died they can put it back in my name ....( She is still alive and making chores fo... read more
