The solar system they installed only produces ONE THIRD of the energy they spec'd it out to produce, leaving me with a higher total energy bill than I had without it. I've gone back and forth with their support so many times with absolutely no help. They've offered to charge me $565 just to inspect my system - absurd. The owner's response below is a pointless facade, they wont do anything. System never worked, and will never get fixed without paying AGAIN for a completely new installation. GO ANYWHERE ELSE for Solar.
