Don’t do it! They are salespeople and nothing more! Their customer service seems good at the beginning and then is actually terrible.
I did not appreciate the young gentlemen at my door with Vivint shirts on claiming they were not selling anything. I also did not appreciate the threatening glare. I will not open my door to them again. Why this door to door threats?
I should of read the reviews , it's been 6 months, I've still not gotten my solar panels on, was promised 4-6 weeks , the salesperson who did set everything up lied and didn't even record the Convo ,he did it on his cell phone. I'm looking for an attorney and will also be going to the news . I've asked repeatedly for the CEO email or to contact me, and nothing. Stop harassing my family with your door to door salesmen. They bang on our door at 8 pm or even later (despite our prominent "no soliciting" sign) and it honestly is starting to scare my wife and small kids.
After 5 months, system is still not active. Repeated calls and standard response is "I'll contact the Project Manager" with no follow-up. This maybe one of my worst decisions.
