Terrible customer service. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was placed on hold and then disconnected. Don't sign a contact, because they do not respect their customers.
I have a year with these solar panels and they do not work, every time I call customer service it is lost time, 3 months ago I am trying to get a vivint solar inspector to come at my home for a problem with the wires of the panels that are touching the roof and they are only lies never send anyone..... but to charge you monthly they are up to date.
