THIEVES! And they ruined my roof. Took them a year to install, another year to activate, then find out they under sized the system. Then, to top it off, they didn’t even seal the hole they made for the cables so I have a leak in my roof. They came out and showed me a nice hole they also made in my ridge cap. sunruns inspectors admitted fault and then the company said they’d fix it. If i could give less then a star i would. I am in the process of closing on my house and i was not able to close on time due to the pure negligence of Sunrun. They have taken over 60 days to even consider a repair where the damages were due to the solar panels. Sunrun is at fault. We have no answers, and I’m very scared to be a part of this company as the property i will be purchasing has a contract. I do not recommend this company to anyone !! Steer clear!
It’s really unfortunate that something that should be a good thing such as solar can be absolutely ruined by the companies that deal In solar panels. As a realtor who has sold many houses with solar panels I have yet to see the situation where SunRun made my clients lives better, in fact they have been a terrible nuisance for sellers looking to sell their homes. Your salesman came banging on our front door, while it was dark out and lied about why he was there and claimed he was sent to change out our meter and that he was from JCPL and he was with Sunrun. That was all a load of bologna because he was here to try and sell us solar panels. If he, or anyone else from your company, ever steps foot on our property again, I will have them arrested. You don't just come and knock on people's doors and continue to lie to them.
Horrible company. Roof is leaking from the solar panels and they won’t come out to fix it for 2 months. I have to empty buckets every time it rains and I have mold. I’ve always pay my bill and with all the money this company has you think they would have better service. I will not recommend them or leasing solar to anyone.
