Worst experience of my life for any contracting service ever. Every single step of the way Sunrun has messed up. The most incompetent people, it’s been a nearly year we signed and we still don’t have our official license. They installed the roof that leaked and destroyed our house, and then leaked again while fixing it. After 6 months finally we got solar panel installed, in the middle of that their worker fell from our roof cause they didn’t have proper equipment of safety.
