Worst experience of my life for any contracting service ever. Every single step of the way Sunrun has messed up. The most incompetent people, it’s been a nearly year we signed and we still don’t have our official license. They installed the roof that leaked and destroyed our house, and then leaked again while fixing it. After 6 months finally we got solar panel installed, in the middle of that their worker fell from our roof cause they didn’t have proper equipment of safety. I had a pleasant experience recently with one of the sales person there at Sunrun. I always thought these sales people were possibly scams, but, this sales rep, Isaiah B. was genuine. He gave me a lot of good information about solar and the benefits my grandpa can gain from having solar. While the house is owned by my grandpa, I think he did a great job explaining to my grandpa. Even mentioning a PPA program that sounds a lot better of a deal for our house in the long run. Thank you Isaiah!
