This went from what I thought was one of the best companies to one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I had solar installed, all was great, then it rained and I have major leaks exactly where the solar was installed. Even though I was told by the sunrun people that came out to inspect the roof say that it was definitely due to the install, the case manager deemed otherwise and closed the case. I did solar a few months ago with Sunrun, Craig was our representative and he was phenomenal! He was able to save us money and protect our home from outages without any up front costs. To top it off, when we got our installation, he gave my son a round of golf just for working with him which was so nice of him to do. When we buy our next house, Craig will be the first person we call. I 100% recommend him to anyone who’s interested, he will take care of you and your home.
We recently got SunRun installed. Michael Nagatani was our rep and was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was quick and easy and didn’t cost anything out of pocket which was nice. We have young kids so we’re looking forward to no more blackouts/power outages in the future. Already recommending to our neighbors :)
Michael Nagatani was great in explaining the benefits of installing the system that protects our rate. No more rate increases from Edison or black outs. He made it so easy and make sense! Would recommend him 10/10
