During covid one of their sales rep came to our home and sold us nothing but lies, he told us that we would have been able to remove the panels whenever we wanted to do so just as long as we didn't remove them ourselves and so we decided to give it a try. They claimed our roof was in good condition so they didn't offer the roof replacement. Do NOT buy service from this company. They are tricky and force customers into long term contracts and keep racing monthly fees. When you try to cancel the don't let you because you signed a contract. Once the contract expires, they STILL force you to stay another month because they require 30 day written cancelation notice. UPDATE: 12/2023 - I just had a consultation with them for solar panels on our new home. I forgot I spoke to them before. Anyway, they still run the same methods.
