I tell everyone I can to avoid SunRun like the plague. We inherited a lease agreement from the former owner of our home where the contracted rate was supposed to be 0.16/kwh with a 3% escalator. When we got our first bill it was for 0.22/kwh which didn't make sense based on the fee schedule. When I called they that's how we found out about this fee increase the FORMER OWNER agreed to based on the FORMER OWNERS electricity usage.
