Please avoid this company I wish I would have listened and followed the reviews. My camera system can’t be repaired for 3weeks . My smoke detectors are not working. The company offered 30. 00 off my next bill . Make it make sense
In late June, we requested that our solar power boxes be disconnected so that we could get our siding replaced. That request cost us $700. The individuals that came out didn't even know why they were here. Once the siding project was done, we tried on several occasions to reach Sunrun (Vivint) to reconnect. The calls were not answered; when they were, we were placed on hold for a long time. We have had 2 appointments that were not kept. We have been without connectivity since Late June. Do not waste your time or money. Lousy customer service and lies from the sales team to the customer service Manager (Joyce Harvey). They will take your money and run. Trust me
After my bad review below Vivint Solar stepped up and made up for everything. Therefore I am changing my level of satisfaction with their service. One of the worst companies I ever dealt with. After 8 months after I provided documentation that my husband passed away they still didn't complete and corrected my account to today's day.
