I have had a SunRun for 10yrs. While I started paying ¢15kWh in 2016. I am now only pay ¢.203kWh. My neighbor are paying ¢.41-.43kWh. I have NO delivery fees, charges, or mystery taxes from SunRun, just cheaper power. Also got a nice $5000 NYS tax credit😁. Brian Galfano's been by over the years to confirm I am updated on new apps, operations, and system is working at max production! Very Happy to be safe, protected, and independent.⚡️
EDITED: I'm editing my review to reflect the fact that Brian was very attentive to our issues and made sure we were put in touch with the proper people to deal with them. It's unfortunate that we were in that situation to begin with, but I have nothing but praise for Brian. I'm only giving SunRun one star because I can't give them zero stars. I contacted Brian as some neighbors have SunRun & were happy. Very efficient, hastle free, on time for appointments, pleasant, fast and truthful. System up and running as expected, no surprises, accurate time lines. Thank you Brian Galfano, you have provided a super positive experience! Highly recommended.

Do NOT install solar panels with this company under any circumstances. It’s an absolute nightmare. If your roof gets old and needs repairs, the cost they charge just to remove the solar panels is even higher than fixing the roof itself—it's insane. And you’re not allowed to hire a cheaper third-party contractor to do the removal. This is basically a(exploitative/one-sided contract).
