Dont trust this company. We are installed vivint solar/sunrun for years since 2017 and its still not saving producing. We are told our Home was a good candidate for solar by the company representative just to make the sale , the system is still not saving and the company is not taking responsibility. You are the professionals and promised your product will work and the customer believed you . You need to do the right thing and take ownership of the error your company made . Thats integrity.

I've been working with Roger from Sunrun on my northern Westchester residential solar project. He is well informed, helpful, patient and easygoing. It's been a great experience. Highly recommended.
Prepaid lease panels have been under performing for 3+ months. Despite their "performance guarantee" I can't get Sunrun to respond. Sunrun support keeps saying someone will call me back "within 24 hours".... But no one does. 9th attempt today, had me on hold for 45+ minutes. Ridiculous. Go with anyone except Sunrun.
