Bought my house with SunRun already installed. The previous owner showed us what they overpaid for previous 5yrs and past 5yrs w/ SunRun was 50% lower. Transfer was super easy one page form at closing!😍 Local rep Brian even stopped by to help us navigate the app and confirm the system is overproducing on SunRun’s initial estimate!🎉

Ulster County NY. Very slick sales people, approached me at Lowes, good promoting the product. Agreed on PPA (Power Purchase Agreement). Installed panels and inverter in June 2024. It's 8 months later, almost April, 2025. Their installation people haven't been able to get the system approved by Central Hudson, our utility company. Excuses after excuses. Replaced the initial inverter a few weeks ago because utility company didn't approve it (why did Sunrun install an inverter that wasn't compatible with CH network?!!). Still ... read more
