EDIT: I see the companies response below. I’ve already spoken with a local representative from the company who apologized and took down my info. I then proceeded to get four phone calls from Sun run the next day. I returned to BJ’s, where I was originally approached by one of their representatives. She approached me again, used the exact same conversation starter script, and when I interrupted to tell her my experience and how disappointed I am in the company, she wouldn’t look me in the eye and walked away. Just got my Add-On system install completed. I added a pool and mini splits which increased my electricity needs. Nareesa & Brian Galfano were helpful with navigating my new usage, and opportunity for battery. Super nice & professional Will & crew installed in 4hours and done before 12noon. Super happy with new app features and having clean renewable & reliable power.
I worked with Brian Galfano and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am super happy with the installation of the panels and powerwall as well. If you are interested in getting solar panels Sunrun is the way to go.
We’ve been very satisfied with our SunRun experience. The projections they provided about our system’s production have been accurate, Brian Galfano (our rep in Elmsford NY) has been super helpful and responsive, and given the way that con-ed rates have been rising, solar seems like a no-brainer if you have the right sun exposure.
Warning: please get other quotes, I beg you! For a tiny house they quoted us 50k. For same type of panels elsewhere the quotes have ranged 23-27K.
