Sunrun has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Andy Landsman has been so kind and patient with explaining the entire process. Andy answered all of our questions and kept us informed the entire time. The permits were obtained in a timely manner and they double and triple checked to make sure our roof had proper structure for all the panels. Such a great experience, please make sure you ask for Andy, he’s the best!!!
I’ve wanted solar on my house for a while but didn’t know what company to go with. When Jonathan showed up at my house to inform me about his company and how easy SunRun can make the process for me I chose them. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the company and gave me personalized information for my residence. He was always reachable for any and all questions. The process was seamless and I’m happy with my choice.
Everything with Sunrun went super smooth from start to finish. Our rep Roger was awesome — really patient and thorough through all the back and forth while we made our final decisions. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend Sunrun and Roger if you’re thinking about going solar!
Have you ever dealt with a company that contacted you every day to try and sell you something and once they sold it to you they vanish and you can never get a hold of them again. SunRun is that company. They installed my panels 2 months ago and I have been trying to contact them for 2 months to resolve an issue and they have not responded. If you are looking for a company with good customer service skills (which you will probably need when it comes to solar panels) then I suggest you chose a different company.
