I was looking to purchase a home, the home in which I really was interested in had solar panels, this being something that I am not too knowledgeable on, I wanted to see the contract, educate myself, and make sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for seeing I was the one who’d be responsible for a 20 year contract. Very disappointed with lack of honesty. Told they could not install panels on my flat roof due to city permitting after looking at my address. When told I would check with my contacts on zoning board, sales rep backtracked and said it may be a restriction on their end. Essentially took their own limitations and tried to blame it on a made up town restriction. Negative, bad people, they only like to sale they don't like to give or delivered good customer service.i had very bad experience with customer service people,site survey ledy and sale person.Thank god i quite vivint solar. not advisable guys don't go for vivint solar.
