Shady company. Doesn't charge what is contracted. Check your bills!! Overcharged for years!! Edit. They increase your bill annually. It's hidden in the contract.
Worst experience Following up as we didn't get a response. Again confused why we are having to make daily reminders for ourselves to reach out to find a resolution with Sunrun when Sunrun should be providing us customer service. Its apparent its of no concern and we want this escalated IMMEDIATELY! Well to start off Flavio Ortiz,is a wonderful human being.. He is kind extremely helpful, very hard working for us. He has so much patience with us by helpful me with my parents home also.we could have not gotten the best person for the Job... he really understands everything about how the system works!!. He has kept us up to date on everything step by step.. Thank you for him!!
Felix Ucan & Jason Quejarro were very knowledgeable & patient explaining solar details to my husband & I. We had previously had several people come to our door who tried to sell us additional solar however they were not at all as professional & knowledgeable as Felix & Jason. We feel very comfortable recommending their services to others. We love our new Tesla batteries @
