I am paying more with them AND my power bill than I was with just NV Energy. It's a load of garbage. DO NOT use this company!
Vivint is the worst company ever. Liars. Don't do it.
This company continues to come to my house and solicit. I have had 4 different visits and each time I have explained to them that the entrance to my gated community has a no soliciting sign. I have asked them to please not come back. But yet again today, another salesman. I wouldn't do business with this company EVER!!!
Worst decision I have ever made going with VIVINT!!!! Where do I begin.... If Jeffrey Dahmer, Theodore Kaczynski and Ted Bundy were my neighbors and looking for solar I would not even recommend Vivint to them! First it took about 6-8 extra weeks for my panels to be turned on after the install then they said it would. Second they said we would not have a pigeon problem because the panels were so low profile and close too the roof that pigeons would not get under them. No customer service at all, was lied to by salesmen. In my contract it stipulates that Vivint Solar was responsible for maintaining the panels, the panels belong to Vivint. Now they want to charge me for something that is their responsibility.
