Tim was a one of a kind! He went through the entire process letting us know exactly what was going to happen. With timeframes, work status, with follow ups. Everything was simple. I had the best experience and with Tim as our sales rep and guide we had no problems and delays. If anyone is interested in getting solar panels and working with Sunrun ask for Tim!!!
The worse company, they lied about the pricing and that you are going to see a reduction in your monthly bill from PSEG but this is not true. Since signing up with the company I have not seen any energy saving throughout the years. I will never recommend anyone to Vivint solar bad idea. Sunrun is horrible got under the solar destroy my roof, because they did provide a guard to prevent . They said, they are not liable. I have to pay them to take the panels down plus fix my roof. Please stay away from Sunrun they are no good, ... read more
Tim and the crew did a amazing job , he is very pleasant to work with and easy to talk to talk too. Even when I exhaust from work ,, he always kept me and sandy informed .. it was a pleasure....
