This company needs to teach their reps what "no soliciting" means. And quit lying and saying you're not selling anything.
UPDATE: After Vivint replied to this review, I emailed them once again to the email address they provided. Once again I received no reply or assistance. I still have a leak in my roof. I would not hire them again. Complete nightmare. My roof started leaking. Roofer came out and confirmed that the solar panels are causing the damage (it's leaking where the brackets are installed). Well, so far so good. My panels were installed and now we are waiting for the electric company to come and do whatever it is that they need to do, so this review is only concerning the sales staff and the installation staff. I at this point have absolutely no idea of how well the panels will work nor do I know how well the customer service will respond if I have a problem, but I keep getting asked to do a review so here it is.
