Sales representative came by my home with an entitled attitude once i said i wasn't interested, he was visibily annoyed and just walked off. Be glad i even opened the door to you kid.
Update: It has been almost a year now and I still haven't had ANYONE with this company contact me to correct my over billing, and I have repeatedly called them, only to get the same empty promises. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and my attorney to attempt to get a resolution. Update: Customer beware. I have repeatedly called over the past 10 months trying to ensure I am credited the amount I was being billed monthly while my solar panels were not on my roof. The installation team was a good crew, and that is the ONLY reason I give them 2 stars. However, I had to have my solar panels removed for a roof repair/ replacement. Something they don't tell you is they will bill the entire the time your panels are off of your roof. Mine were off my roof for 5 months because we couldn't get them to call us back to schedule the installation.
