l want to let sunrun company representative that how is possible my sistem is down and they are charging me $600 hundred for putting my panels work back again, and they said every time that happen they will charge the same amount..
DO NOT purchase with sun run. Their customer service is horrible. Our project manager was Lourrainne Magno she is completley incompetent. We told her a wire was sticking out of our system and we would fail inspection and she assured us we wouldn't. Guess what after waiting a month for inspection WE FAILED. This is a new/updated review. I don't take anything away from my original sales guy Jordan. Hands down Jordan is an awesome guy who doesn't work for SunRun anymore and to this day he will answer my text or phone call. SunRun needs to take some lessons from Jordan on customer service. Now since having the system for a little over 2 years I have to say I REGRET using SunRun 100%. Absolutely horrible. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. They caused a carbon monoxide leak in our home and later fell through our ceiling onto our bed, leaving shoe prints and fiberglass everywhere, without even informing us. There was no apology and no accountability, and now they are demanding payment for their mistakes. It is beyond unreasonable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
