Customer service terrible i called for issues with my panels was told they received messages from the system they were running a test then noticed water on my ceiling called to report and was told not their responsibility. After the review was told they would contact me im still waiting
I worked with David Zadeya who was very helpful and communicated every process up until the panels were installed. This was 4 months ago and to this day my system is not yet turned on both David and Nate Krape who is the activation expert will not take my calls even after calling countless times over the 5 months period
I want to share my experience with Sunrun Solar, specifically related to negotiations for a potential solar lease and the associated roofing proposal. Important caveats up front: 1. I only worked with Sunrun during the negotiation phase and never moved forward with installing solar panels. 2. I wouldn't use this service to install your panels. I had my panels installed a year ago and they have since stopped working. Because I bought and own my panels outright sunrun won't even come INSPECT without us paying them $600 for the inspection. Mind you, we have a warranty with them. What's even better is, I spoke on the phone with customer service, who said that this is a "common issue" (the panels not working). My panels stopped generating electricity past seven months. Sun run send some one after three months then he said he is going to order inverter and install, still they didnt find inverter and install. when I put panels they gave lots of false promises. none of them they honored. waste of money. I would never recommend sunrun to anybody
