My experience with Sunrun has been amazing so far! Our sales representative, D'Aundre, has been very communicative, helpful, and incredibly friendly, which made my husband and me feel comfortable saying yes. Terrible Experience it took 8 months for them To turn on the system. There customer service is non existent they won’t answer and calls. Literally recommend any other solar company!
The other day talking with some friends who have panels installed, they told me that the company that installed the panels, make a couple of visits a year as part of the good customer service where they check the condition of the panels, the connections and also if it needs cleaning so that it does not restrain production.
