I would recommend Sunrun solar to anyone looking to save money and be protected from rising energy costs! Tyler Judd was my solar representative a d he was the absolute best. Tyler was knowledgeable, personable, and had excellent communication. Go solar with the best in solar energy!
SUNRUN TRUCK 8241 needs to learn how to stop for school buses!!! I’m sure the company will receive a ticket in the mail of the violation. No respect for children’s safety at all!!!
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This company uses good leap to finance and they are not upfront about the interest accruing. I called multiple times to get information about my payment and all of the reps gave inaccurate information. They do not provide running balances of your payments so you have to go on word of mouth. I would not recommend sun run solely for the fact of the financing company they use. If you are not careful they will give you random numbers that are not accurate. Sunrun is so unprofessional and unhelpful. We have had our solar panels randomly stop working and it took MONTHS for them to get someone out here to look at them. On top of having multiple leaks in our roof and sunrun AVOIDING their responsibilities causing us to spend extra money on outside help. We are very disappointed and unhappy with the services we receive and lack of communication from the company.
