The sales representative, Owen, has been great, responding to my concerns in a timely manner and very helpful. The installation crew encountered miserable weather for the initial installation and had to come back to complete the roof. They are great guys, efficient, despite the elements, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them. The foreman kept me in the loop, regarding the reschedule process and was on the job site an hour earlier than we discussed both days. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.
