I am writing to warn potential customers that I have a roof leak which requires me to pay them $499 and wait for a phone call to schedule removal of the panels so the roof leak can be assessed and repaired by the roofer. I did that 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a call in regards to scheduling this work. I keep emailing and have called and I get the run around. Soy cliente de vivnt solar hace varios meses estoy muy disgustado con la compañía me prometieron que me bajaría mi factura en un 50% y ha sido los contrario es tratado de comunicarme con el representante de dicha compañia y siempre dice que va a venir y nunca da la cara es llamado a mi proveedor de energía que es psng y me dicen que mi paneles producen muchos menos que lo que ellos me dicen y me tiene en el medio ami pagando un Bill de más del doble así que piensen bien antes de hacer cualquier contrato
