Very poor service; circuitous customer service, outsourced to Philippines, Columbia, Puerto Rico and no one in area to assist with complaints or matters concerning installation or problems.
Buyer beware, stay away from solar. It will cost you way more than the electric company. They charge what the want and do what they want. I have talked to several people and no one will help you. This is a big scam , all to get your money. Read agreement before you sign they will own you and your home.
