Unfortunately for us the company has not delivered. Our panels were installed two years ago and we are still waiting for activation. Didn’t pass inspection and Vivint hasn’t returned to fix problem. So disappointed that we are on the verge to just ask them to take their panels and dissolve agreement.
Worse company ever, if I could I would rate zero stars, it's been 5 months since installation. City inspector didn't pass since the plans where not followed the company has not come to fix the issue but yet keeps calling me to set up final inspection with out then fixing the issue that was not pass by city inspector. City inspector has been at my home twice the second time he was told job was ready and that a vivint inspector was going to be at my house for final inspection. We have had a great experience so far! Spring communicated well with us throughout the whole process and was really nice. The installation process was so easy! Alex and his crew were great! They were friendly, respectful, and efficient!
Very polite workers come in and do what they have to do communicate with homeowner clean up behind itself. Replace my roof and install my solar all I'm waiting for is an inspection should be up and running soon great work fellas
