Absolute swindlers. Avoid this company. Do not answer the doors when their lying solicitors come around. They don’t disclose their bs production fees.

Worst customer service. Worst solar ever! Total rip off! No point to solar, just paying 2 bills instead of 1.

I bought a house with a Vivint Solar panel lease. Before I signed the transfer agreement to take on the lease I tried to speak to someone at Vivint because I did not want the panels. I saw that the rate they charge goes up every year and eventually would be more expensive then the electric company’s rate. Since I didn’t want the panels in the first place I tried to get them to reduce the rate before I signed the transfer, but was told there is. I thing they can do as it is a signed agreement.
