This company is horrible. Purchased my system after a year parts start failing and they book appointments 4 months out. They say the equipment is under warranty but to have tech come out you have to pay $700.00 for the visit. They definitely took advance of me. I’m trying to advise and help everyone, do not use this company!
We had Vivint but recently found out that Sunrun had replaced them. We have had no solar energy reported to Dominion Energy since August, and today, I discovered this. With the help of Johnny at Sunrun, I also learned why. We have had an inoperable invertor. Instead of a five-star review, I am annotating a one-star for one simple reason. Great customer service!!
One of the worst companies to deal with. They outright lie to you on the phone to get you to sign a contract. Once you do and call them out on it, they take no responsibility. Their upper management doesn’t even respond to requests to follow up. The culture of company is rotten from the top and it trickles down to their employees. Horrible horrible horrible. Find an alternative
They won't stop spamming my phone, even after it was discussed that I was not going to pursue solar. Constant robocalling is bad customer service. From reviews online of the panels causing leaking issues and having heavy delays or no -response for repair is alarming with this kind of calling support.
