Austin was spectacular to work with! The additional panels and 4 Tesla backup batteries have been a total game changer for my property. I saw their advertisement in the Los Angeles Times. I called the number, and I almost immediately got a callback. Everything was explained thoroughly with visual aids! I received terrific service right away. And it has been terrific since then. He was fun to talk with. He was personable and friendly. He patiently explained everything and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. There was never any pressure to make a sale. He let me reach my own conclusion that Sunrun would provide me with the service I was seeking.
