I have wonderful experience with sale representative and project manager who helped me to overcome thousands of hurdles during the whole process. Sunrun is very competitive and very reliable. Great customer service. Great company for Solar. Installed in less then a week. Once Installed was already saving money. Would recommend Sunrun for anyone looking to get solar.
Sunrun existing contract was basically transferred over to me while purchasing the house and it’s the worst company ever to do business with. Can’t wait to get rid of that scam company. Save your money and effort and go yo Tesla if you’re in a dire need for solar. Stay away from sunrun at all costs
I bought a house in 2018. Got solar after 2mo of 200.00 plus electricity bills. Now I just pay sce about 10.00 to 15.00 monthly to convert. This past bill I had a 160.00 electric bill...I had 6 people for a month vs 2.. gkids and electronics were the culprit. Not the norm. Still very pleased with SUNRUN. Had to have solar conversion panel updated back a few years ago. Other than that had no issues
A rep has texted me to ask how the system is working and I had anyone I'd like to refer Sunrun to. Good follow up without being pushy. Solar was setup quickly, the only delay was with PG&E. Haven't had any issues. The panels are easy to clean and it has saved me a lot of money on my utility bills
