I'm writing this pre-installation, so please use this as a review for our experience with our Sales Manager, Robert Stern. Bob has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. We never felt pressured to purchase or lease our panels, and he answered all of our questions patiently and clearly. He was prompt when communicating via email or phone and very understanding when we needed to reschedule a couple meetings. Would highly recommend! Can't wait to have the panels installed!

They did a great job all the way around, from beginning to end. The system hasn't been turned on yet, so we'll see how it plays out in the long run, but from initial contact to installation, Vivint deserves a straight-A.

My experience has been great thus far. Jeff and all of his staff have offered me great customer service and have helped me feel most comfortable with my decision in choosing solar.

Everyone at Vivint Solar has been awesome. The whole process from start to finish smooth. When i asked questions it was explained to me with out making feel inferior. The work team worked well together and cleaned up after themselves.
