My main contact, Steve, was great to work with. He always did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and how he would do it. The guy knows that follow through is a very important part of customer relations. I'm an older, crabby woman and somewhat hard to please and Steve has managed to keep me happy. That's not easy or so I've been told. Steve also has a sense of humor which like a spoonful of sugar makes any medicine more palatable. I have been recommending Steve and Vivant frequently.
Steve (rep) was extremely friendly, knowledgeful, and went to lengths to make sure the solar system would be applicable for my tar and gravel roof. The crew that was sent to install were all friendly and professional! I have had nothing but a positive experience with everyone at Vivant Solar.
