Absolutely the worst installation and customer service experience I have seen! The installers did a terrible job mounting cameras and routing wires. They made a complete mess without cleaning up. When they left…. the panel was not programmed, and all remote services are disabled. Vivint customer support is also a joke…. after 5 calls and 5-7 transfers each time to different departments the system is still down. If you own a business in Abilene avoid Vivint at all cost.
Got Solar through them in April this year and have been paying my solar panel bill along with full electric bill for 4 months!!! They point the finger at PAIC SOLAR who they chose to install the panels. PAIC points at them. No one will finish the job and I'm stuck paying for everything to protect my credit. I am in contact with the BBB at this time with both companies. Also, I literally just received a call asking if I wanted to install solar on our house!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!! Horrible door to door salesman. Said not interested, and he still tries to give me the whole sales pitch. Still said not interested and he starts complaining about my house
These dip 💩s come to my house 3 times a month wake up my wife who works nights all while having no soliciting on my door. Will never use these people.
