I've been getting spam called by Vivint for 3 years. I do not have an account with them and never did, yet they believe I do with invoices. After telling them that they've got a fraudulent customer using my information, the company refused to do anything about it. They still call/ email me monthly.
DO NOT get their services. Their sales rep and contract are a scam. My rep told us 3yr contract, but behold it was 5yrs! AND Once you cancel their service, all the app related functions stop leaving your cameras completely uselss. Basically FORCING you to spend money on them.
Very displeased with this company and system. Waited painfully for my contract to end and when I cancelled they kept charging me. Poor quality installation and products. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
