Sorry, I've got the opposite experience! I LOATHE Vivint and have HATED being stuck in a massive contract with them. They are only focused on expanding, more money and referrals than actual quality security. Example: Burnt some garlic bread and vivint came on the panel. A slowwwwwww speaking representative asked if everything was OK and I said YES just burnt some food there's smoke and dont send the fire department. seriously the worst customer service ever. it was great when it was owned by vivent in the states. Now that telus owns it it is a night mare. I have had no heat for a week because my thermostat has an issue. they could not get a tech in for a week. then they did not show up for their appointment time but wanted to come 3 horus ealier while i was at work. then we re booked for a saturday am 8 am till noon appointment which they also no showed me on. then spent 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it out after spending 6 hours ... read more
