Don''t Recommend. Cheaper services out there. Canceling was difficult and they sell you proprietary equipment. Extremely frustrating and I feel duped. 2 stars because I felt the equipment worked as advertised.
The technician who came to install the equipment was great. After that, I can’t say much. A nest or google cam would be just as effective and hassle free. The cancellation process was a nightmare. I had to repeat myself NUMEROUS times to different people that I want to cancel/discontinue services. They kept passing me off and the next person would say something suggesting I want to troubleshoot. No, I want to CANCEL all future services. It was incredibly frustrating. On the phone for 1.5 hours, ridiculous.

Worst !!! Called many # to cancel. No response. SENT 2 fax. To pickup equipment. No response. Government sue 1 million dollars. Nightmare public stories. Ran by Mormons. Check for yourself "horror " stories" by former clients.
