What a joke dealt with them for 5 years. That company has gone to shit! Telus owes them. Went to cancel my account the employee told me I had a balance of over $600.00 cause my credit card changed. They never called me to tell me that I wasn’t paying. Was on hold for over 3 hours paid the balance then guy said it was cancelled ended up getting disconnected from the called then called back waited for a callback no callback. Havent had any issues in the last 6-7 years of having a vivint system. really bummed they sold to telus. want to get additonal equipment but telus will only come if i get a whole new system with them and their equipment/app sucks in comparison

Don’t like this company they locked me in 5 years for $65 per month for a doorbell camera, They were shady when calling me asking where I’m calling from, you called me…. I told 2 advisors I wanted to cancel at end of agreement they didn’t do it. They say they record calls, listen to the calls. Poor Telus gets left with unhappy Vivant customers. They keep calling me everyday and they aren’t in Canada….SCAM

Terrible experience. We cancelled their service and they set off their panel 2 months later and we needed to “update”. We aren’t on their service anymore. This incident terrified our dogs. What’s worse is that we were told we owned the system. It’s a violation of our privacy to continue to send messages to it. Awful.
