Great installation, great service, better than I anticipated.
[We thought] Alec listened to our needs and built us the best system for our budget. Way better than our last security system rep [Now we know we got scammed] Now 6months later. Vivint never sent us the money they promised to pay off our old system. They gave us 2 months to provide documents, they kept asking for more stuff, which was provided within a couple of days of the new request, until the 2 months ran out, then they told us we missed the dead line. I have had Vivint since 2019, and only had one good customer service experience when they installed it! I have been trying to cancel it for over a year and now that I did what they asked they are now telling me I have to pay a fee to be done! They even admitted to telling me that I did what they said to do over a year ago and won’t let me cancel my account without paying a fee! I will never use them again!
We had Vivint for nearly a decade but when we moved and changed home security and called to cancel Vivint services they were extremely aggressive trying to get us to buy more products- refused to cancel us at that time. My husband called 3 times to ensure Vivint was cancelled, but every time heard something like this, "I'm sorry, it looks like the cancellation department didn't cancel your plan...
