I had a great experience with my Vivint rep from the beginning and during the installation process. The Rep and Tech were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the features clearly. The installation itself went smoothly, quick, clean, and efficient. I felt confident in the system right away, and my rep made sure everything was customized to fit my needs. Highly recommend both the Rep and Vivint for anyone looking to upgrade their home security.
I really enjoyed meeting Juan and learning about the system. He was very friendly and explained the service and capabilities to my husband on the phone and I in person. I never felt pressured in any way .
Francisco was amazing and super personable! We were sold right away and excited to get it installed.
Clarke was awesome!! He is full of information and super quick with the process. Definitely recommend him for anyone needing security services for their home.
