They have a door-to-door Salesman named Chase that is very unprofessional. He harasses potential customers is disrespectful and clearly doesn't know the definition of "not interested". Call the customer support to complain about their door door salesman I was placed on hold multiple times. Finally got a hold of someone that says they couldn't help me. I got into heated discussion and then they hung up on me.
Unbelievably incompetent team, especially considering their area of business. Would not trust these people with my family’s lives.
Gavin was very knowledgeable with all products offered by Vivint . I was hesitant to get service but Gavin explained everything the company offers and made it quick and easy to understand. I have happy that I decided to get service with Vivint. My family and I have peace of mind that we have our home secured .
