Vehicle robbed from and their recording device didn’t capture then charged me $800 to discontinue service in top of the $700 I lost in equipment is a kick in the teeth as had service nearly 10 years and one time really needed it to work it didn’t. Aside from that they don’t stand by equipment and put too much on the customer to troubleshoot. Worthless

I had Vivint for 13 years at previous home. Ended up getting ADT at my current home. I switched because I loved how Ajay Rodriguez showed up and was very transparent about the differences. He made it a very easy decision to switch and even helped me get out of contract with ADT. For only $2 dollars to get it done. You can’t beat that. Thank you Vivint and Ajay!
