My moms had some issues around the house in the past, so cameras and security have been on the to-do list for a while now. Matthew from Vivint helped get us all squared away. Their technicians were great especially with all our little kiddos running around. The quality of the video cameras are really good! Matthew did great and explained everything perfectly and didn’t take all day doing it haha.
Matt was super friendly. Straight to the point and all about safety. We appreciated how thorough he was and how he explained everything to make it make sense. Their tech Esley was PHENOMENAL. Really friendly, fast and a perfectionist.
When Matt knocked first knocked my I assumed he’d be another annoying solicitor, but he’s not like most salesmen. He was very respectful to us, Genuine and Honest. His technician Esley did an awesome job as well. I’m glad I answered the door
We love Vivint. Weve had it for 2 years. It's everything we were promised. It's also affordable. We had ring before, but Vivint's quality with their cameras is much better! We're glad we made the switch.
