I do not recommend this company’s services or products. Customer support has been consistently disrespectful, and we are almost never able to reach a resolution when speaking with them by phone. Their authentication system is unreliable, and important emails are frequently sent to spam folders. Overall, this company operates in a manner that feels misleading and untrustworthy.
Canceling is a nightmare. Don’t ever use Vivant.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. We canceled our account. We were charged again after canceling. Called to get a refund, we were denied a refund and told we would be charged one more time before they would cancel us. Deceptive practices. Do not use this company.
