DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Where do I begin? We have two accounts at the same address, equipment paid in full and two monthly auto-pays for 5 years. We started getting charged a third monthly auto-pay out of nowhere and without our prior authorization - on a credit card we likely used for equipment purchase and was not on auto-pay. Great experience with Jordan! Quick and easy not to mention every patient.
I do not recommend this company’s services or products. Customer support has been consistently disrespectful, and we are almost never able to reach a resolution when speaking with them by phone. Their authentication system is unreliable, and important emails are frequently sent to spam folders. Overall, this company operates in a manner that feels misleading and untrustworthy.
Canceling is a nightmare. Don’t ever use Vivant.
