Pushy sales pitch and won't take no for an answer
This dude came to sell us their security systems at 7:30 pm on a Saturday, because the ring system and doorbell were not clear enough indication we don't really need anything. When we explained to him that not only do we not need this, but also, 7:30 pm is a terrible time to solicit as his ring and aggressive knocking startled our dogs, who then startled our sleeping kids. My wife encountered an extremely high-pressure salesman named Austin Ruiz-Velasco. He was also very condescending toward her, almost demanding to speak to the decision maker. He returned the next day, and I did speak with him. He was a typical inexperienced punk salesman trying to use the good ol boy approach finding common interests. Worst company to deal with. They lie to their customers and won’t return phone calls. Do not do business with this fraud company.
This company is pretty awesome. Their customer service people are nice and the installer they sent out to install my system was amazing. Corydon came out and hooked up my system in record time. He was knowledgable, professional, and patient. He explained the system and also explained how billing works which was a surprise. Usually they pass you a phone number. Definitely reccomend using this company over others in the area.
