Jerry was very professional. We appreciated his demeanor even though we could not purchase his product.
Awful Customer Service and highway robbery. I am now 6 months into trying to cancel and still have not been able to cancel. Ridiculous. Crappy sales. Crappy install of crappy equipment. Worst case scenario trying to simply cancel the monitoring service. Last call was over an hour of "supervisor" escalations to try and cancel.
Justin was super postive and out going knew exactly what I wanted and needed and protected my house with his service. I highly recommened.
