This complaint is to detail a recurring and highly concerning business practice by Vivint that has resulted in continuous billing errors, miscommunication, and a significant amount of stress. This pattern appears to be a deliberate strategy to delay or prevent account cancellations, negatively impacting customers. I called Vivint to cancel my security system service. Vivint had plenty of time and resources to send someone to my home multiple times to have me switch to their system with the promise of paying off the company I was using. They did send a Visa card to me as indicated…that did not have the correct amount to cover the payoff and left me owing a LARGE sum plus having payments to Vivint. Suddenly they had no time or resources to correct this issue….
I wish Vivint were a religion so I could join
