Very informative
Avoid this company at all costs. Their sales practices are predatory and its nearly impossible to cancel I contract. The equipment install and experience with the equipment itself has been fine. However, we sold our home and the buyers expressed wanting to keep the equipment. For the past two weeks I've been attempting to transfer the account to them. Deceitful and lier's here. Be aware of what you walk into. A couple hundred dollars is a far cry from what you pay. $5k to $6k for there security system. You can find better security systems elsewhere. They are not top of the line or ahead of the game. Your better off going with an Amazon products. Do your research!! They will trap you before you know it. You actually have a 3 day free trail and after that the cancellation is impossible!!
