The worst service and exponentially harder to cancel then to work with, I had hardware problems for months and a nightmare to get it fixed, transferred 4x every call and waited 8 minutes on hold often
These guys were really great, solid customer service and awesome experience. You never know how these things will go but they really knocked it out of the park. If you're looking in the space, I would 10/10 recommend
The thing I love most about my Vivint system is the peace of mind it brings into my life. Love my Vivint system because everything is all in one place as opposed to so many different apps. Ease of use is a big thing for me since technology is always changing. I use my system daily. Vivint gives me a lot of peace of mind since I actually feel confident using it.
