The Vivint tech Dong (I think) I’m sorry if that’s not how you spell it, was amazing. He walked me through all the steps. He took his time to explain all the equipment to me. I am very satisfied with my experience. Plus the cell phone feature is very easy to use. I will be recommending all my family and friends to Vivint.

Door to door salespeople that can't read a no soliciting sign. Why would you ever give business to a company like that?

My wife and I got Vivint when we moved in to our new home. After having Vivint for a year, we regret our decision. The equipment is way over priced, lags, and doesn't function properly at all times. If you have Vivint come out to look at your equipment, they will charge you even though it's their equipment and new. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM!!!! GO GET RING!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst alarm you can buy They call the police to your house for no reason and then you have to pay for that I would give negative stars if i could
