My wife and I got Vivint when we moved in to our new home. After having Vivint for a year, we regret our decision. The equipment is way over priced, lags, and doesn't function properly at all times. If you have Vivint come out to look at your equipment, they will charge you even though it's their equipment and new. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM!!!! GO GET RING!!!!!!!!!
I would like to leave a complaint on Vivint Smart Home, starting before the installation even began. I initially payed for the scheduled installation on May 22nd, a month prior. The supervisor, Jessika (Badge #: 131040), told me that they wouldn't charge us the installation until everything was completed and placed the way I, the costumer, desired.
