Vivint has poor customer service they do not help you when you have issues I had them over 2 years and I paid the early termination fees due to the poor customer service. When I moved they did not help me move my equipment conned me into leaving my equipment that I payed over 2000.00 for and try to force me to purchase new equipment to sell my equipment to the new homeowners at my cost and force me to purchase new equipment.
