Vivant and car dealerships are in the same category. At first they they are extremely helpful. Once they close the deal. It takes an act of Congress to get a hold of anyone. After fulfilling my contract obligation. I called to stop service and they said it could take up to 40 days for someone to review and maybe approve it. I told them I didn’t understand...if fulfilled my obligation why can I not stop service? They said it has to be approved by someone and they will still expect payment. Ty Fox has been a deceptive and liar of a salesman. Said he’d give us two months free and if we didn’t want it, we could cancel. Now he’s not responding and lying about his commitment. Terrible company with terrible service!
