Terrible service and rude door to door sales people. They don't listen to people when they say they aren't interested, don't follow signs for no soliciting, and can't take a hint when comes to not answering the door. There are so many more professional home security providers out there, use one of them instead.

BEWARE OF Salesman Nate for Austin area... made promises he was not authorized to make just to get us to buy. We told him at first we were not interested and he was pushy got my husband to listen and now we have buyers remorse. Promised to buy out our existing contract with Guardian and that is not what happened and when we asked him about this he pretty much called us stupid and when we asked for his supervisor he claims to be the supervisor for Austin. I was solicited, a man came Uninvited into my garage, and when I told him I was not interested he said he'd be real quick, I interrupted him again and told him I was not interested and he continued to say he'd be real quick. How rude and intrusive I felt like going to get my own home security, Smith & Wesson to show him out of my garage.
